In an effort to improve our program and provide more opportunities for our
athletes, this year we are offering lacrosse instruction and play at three
different levels.  

  • Level I is intended as an introduction to lacrosse, with no travel
    required.  
  • Level II will incorporate practices twice a week with games now played
    on Saturday mornings, instead of intraleague games as in past years.   
    We will still scrimmage regularly during practices.
  • Level III is our Adirondack Attack travel team.

Please do not let the change in format or the Saturday transportation
discourage you or your daughter.  The change is intended to provide a more
enjoyable experience for our players.  If Saturday morning travel presents a
conflict, rides are always available. Please read each description on the flyer
carefully in order to choose the appropriate program for your daughter.
