| Our programs are open to all girls in the Glens Falls, South Glens Falls, Queensbury, Saratoga and Lake George region. Our primary goal is to teach girls in grades 2-9 the game of lacrosse in a fun, yet competitive atmosphere. We are a not for profit organization created in 2005 for the purpose of promoting the exciting sport of girls lacrosse across the region in a safe, fun and sportsmanlike environment. Our Spring league begins in April. We offer a 4 week introduction to lacrosse program and 2 levels of travel programs, both which end in June. Two-time All-american in NCAA Division I Lacrosse; member of the USA National Lacrosse Team for two years and defended USA title in the Canadian Nationals; 1993 - Inducted into the Loyola College Hall of Fame for Lacrosse; 2004 - Inducted into the Baltimore, Maryland Chapter Hall of Fame. |

Over two decades of participation with various sports programs, both as an athlete, college graduate assistant and youth coach.
